Holland: August 20, 2012. (PCP) Parvez Iqbal, President, Pakistan Christian Congress Holland has strongly condemned the arrest of 11 years minor Christian Girl (Rimsha Masih) after false allegation of blasphemy laws in Islamabad. Mr. Iqbal has further added that I am surprised with the words of Zabiullah, the investigation officer of the case, SHO Qasim Niazi of Ramna police station mentioned this minor girls as young girl. How much they are qualified with the Pakistan Penal Code and their capabilities are an open slap to the present Government and the Police department, when they mention only 11 years minor girl as young girl just to favor the Muslim extremists and release pressure on their stars of the shoulders. Child prosecution Sections are available for minor children and are very understanding to even common person that 11 years girl how attempts to violate blasphemy laws??? I am more than 100% sure that even if the investigation officer ask her what the blasphemy laws is, her answer will be "I don't know" On the other hand if allegation of burning of sacred words is accepted true. To my views, she is not familiar what she is burning, and did she qualify to read Arabic language in her 11 years and being Christian. To my opinion, if allegation is true then despite awarding her for good work of saving sacred papers from use as Toilet Papers as are seen scrolling in the streets used by the followers alleging her blasphemy laws. There are thousands everyday published in local newspapers and later these are used as Toilet Papers or by the shopkeepers, these can also been seen in the streets or in front of Pawnshops with Pawn Spits, why the Maluvis get blind when such papers are used as Toilet Papers even by themselves or by the shop keepers. If they can’t store in safe place to keep them sacred, what is use to print??? To my views, purposes of printing of such sacred material are only to allege innocent minorities in false cases no matter a child of 11 years. Addressing to the Prime Minister, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Pakistan, Mr. Iqbal appealed for immediate set a siding the false case against minor and innocent Christian Girl and orders be issued for release of Rimsha, although this is not possible for them, but just think Rimsha as their own daughter. AND the Police Officers of Ramna Police station be sent back to Law college to complete their studies to know what the exact age of minor and youth.
