Back Ground As per Local and National newspapers and web sites reporting a young Christian man killed at Kot Ghullam Mohammad Mirpurkhas Sindh, Pakistan on dated 7th July 2012 by resourceful land lord and police not arresting him due to unknown reasons. Minority Rights Commission Pakistan take action to send delegation to meet deceased’s family and other resident of area to find fact and figure, on 23rd July 2012 a team travel 220 Km and reached to Goth Pir Ishaq Sarhandi. Report on 23rd July 2012 team reached at Goth Pir Ishaq sarhandi near tando adam naka Mirpurkhas, and meet with deceased’s Father’s Mr Allah Ditta who is old man and not in full sense to talk with us he offer our members to seat in Pir Muzzamil Sarhandi otaq (drawing room) where two other men Named Pir Muzamil Jan Sarhandi and Munawer Bhatti who is neighbor of Mr Allah Ditta, Allah Ditta said that we are very poor peoples and My son Asif Masih was very young and only single source of income for us, a cruel and resource full land lord of area killed him without any reason on 7th July 2012, we are very peace full and poor people, even Catholic mission given us a quarter adjacent to Gora kabrastan (commentary) Asif was Driver of tractor trolley own by Mr Sipran allias Shakeel on 7th July Asif went to load and unload soil for NGOs named SEWA PAK’s under construction school when they reached with soil trolley near Kot Ghullam Mohammad a White Prado jeep came and Mr Faisal Kachelo ask about soil he inform him that it is filled near government nehar (water course) and fired on Asif and my son dead at the spot, when we get knowledge that land lord killed my son I gathered peoples of our village and we reached at spot after 4 hour and find Asif dead then local police reached and carry the dead body to hospital for post mortem, we reached with mob at spot because we know that the land lord is very cruel and all the people of Mirpurkhas knownthat he is not given dead body to families, I reached police station of Kot Ghulam Mohammad and said that launch FIR against land lord Faisal Kachelo who killed my son. FIR # is 101/2012 PS Kot Ghullam Mohammad Distt. Mirpurkhas. We are very poor and no source of income after Asif I am very thank full to people of my village they give us support and we take stand against resource full land lord, otherwise I have no power to fight with him, but still I want justice from Chief Justice Pakistan, President of Pakistan, Chief Minister of Sindh, I am also thank full to NGOs who made procession against cruel land lord and stand with me we want justice. I have received many call and the caller want to afraid me and force to taken back case even some persons given me offer of money to settle down this matter, we will not take any money of our son’s blood. Pir Muzamil Jan Sarhandi also said it is very horrify incident for us and we are with Allah Ditta’s Family we all want justice. Allah Ditta belong to Christian community but are living here with brotherhood, Asif was a very nice person and very helpful to everyone, cruel land lord Faisal Kachelo is very on his money and buy the victim famil, they haven’t any value of human kind, it is first time in history that a FIR launch against him, he is also given threat to those who supporting Allah Ditta and his family but we want justice many NGOs and people of village arranged procession against Faisal even SSP of mirpurkhas issued a special order to arrest Faisal Kachelo s/o Rafi Kachelo on 9th July 2012, but police still not arrest him,and he is trying to get bail before arrest from court and also offering money to Allah Ditta for compromise. Munawer Bhatti it is very hard to us to give fvor to Allah Ditta because we also receiving threat messages from different peoples, It is very shame full that no one give financial aid to Allah Ditta village people given financial help to victim’s family but most of people of village belong to labor, job person and small farmer, Church also not support Allah Ditta’s Family in this regard. Many people of village afraid even the colleague of Deceased Asif Mr Solangi also left the village and hide him somewhere. The team also interviewed many people of goth Pir ishaq sarhandi and Kot Ghullam Mohammad many people don’t want to talk about this case and many requed to to hide their neme and said many stories of cruel and resource full land lord Faisal Kachelo over all people afraid. Findings 1. People of Mirpurkhas afraid due to Faisal Kachelo resources nad links to higher authorities in government. 2. Deceased Asif belong to Christian community and community is not strong to take step in support, and most of community members live lower than poverty level, so is it easy to given money as settlement by compromise or by force, in the case Allah will not take stand long time he will be in compromise due to his poverty, he has not any resources to pay legal fee, attend courts dates, in these days his neighbor support him but how long, Ihe is also afraid to think about future and Responsibilities, His other two sons are under twenty, 3. It is possible that this killing indirect threat to NGOs working on education to stop constructions of school. 4. Police also not taken solid action to arrest nominees in FIR 5. Persecution to minorities’ rate increasing it is because minorities have not equal rights in practical, and they facing problems on religious ground, social ground, and political grounds. 6. It is Urgent need to provide legal aid to Victim family 7. To arrange some kind of job or small business for victim family to run family expenses. 8. Promote tolerance in society
