Philadelphia: July 29, 2012. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC expressed his continuous support for right of self-determination for Baloch nationalists and provincial autonomy for Balochistan. Dr. Nazir Bhatti said that provincial autonomy and formation of new provinces as administrative unit of federation of Pakistan dividing Punjab, KPK and Balochistan can only guarantee solidarity and integrity of Pakistan. “PCC have always supported human right struggle of American Friends of Balochistan AFB and called upon government of Pakistan to address grievances of Baloch” said PCC Chief Pakistan Christian Congress has publically supported AFB stance of human rights for Baloch and concern on thousands of Baloch missing persons and killed by armed forces of Pakistan. Nazir Bhatti said that Pakistan Christian Congress have always condemned killing of Punjabi and Pushtun in Balochistan. There have been killings of Christians and Hazara Shia community individuals in Balochistan which proves presence of extremist Islamic elements and Taliban in this province. Nazir Bhatti urged Baloch nationalists to clarify their position on killing of Christian and Hazara in Balochistan because some elements are committing such heinous crimes to blame their self-determination campaign as terror movement. Dr. Bhatti said that Pakistan Christian Congress supports AFB stance of human rights for Baloch but condemns killing of innocent people in Balochistan. Nazir Bhatti admired Ahmar Mustikhan, Laurie Deamer, Weisner and other leaders of AFB for human rights of Baloch.
