Islamabad: Former Federal Minister J.Salik's historical cage's Container in which he encaged himself for more than 7 month for peace awareness and to save the children in Afghanistan, is now being used for medical facilities in destroyed Muzaffarabad after this strong earthquake. Four beds and washroom's facility was already available in it whereas cage has been cut to free more space. In this regard the Chairman of Pakistan Islamic Medical Association Dr. Muhammad Tariq told that in this Container along with Ultrasound, Lab, Dressing room and one Pharmacy small operation theatre has also been established. He further told that this is the first Container that has reached timely and is being used for treatment of injured. J.Salik temporarily has offered his house to look after the infant victims of the earthquake. He in order to meet the emergency has reserved his house temporarily for the infant victims. He told that the infants whose mothers are no more alive and their fathers are due to injuries are unable to look after them; children can be handed over for their proper care to him, he himself will take care of such children. J Salik asked the Government Aid Agencies that in Charan Topa district Bagh only 40 houses are left and 8 children have died because of cool weather and 4000 people have died and so far no aid has reached and same situation is in the nearby areas of Dhundar, Rahban and Kacha, these areas are deprived of any kind of Aid. They should be given urgent aid so that precious lives can be saved.
