National Literacy Conference on Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar
SEHWAN/JAMSHORO: July 10, 2012. (Nazir Siyal) The National Literacy Conference on the Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar (RA) has been organized by Provincial Culture Department on 10th July 2012 at 8-00 pm at Shahbaz Auditorium Sehwan Sharif in connection to celebration 760th annual Urs celebrations of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar.
The Conference is being attended by the eminent scholars of the country which include Dr. Raaj Wali Khatak and Mohammad Hussain Damsaz from Khyber Pakhtoonkhowah, Mudasar Iqbal Butt from Punjab, Prof. Ali Qumel Kazilbash from Balochistan, while Dr. Nawaz Ali Shook, Hakim Ali Shah Bukhari, Qalandar Ali Shah Lakiyari and other from Sindh would highlight the thoughts, poetry and personality of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar.
The Sindh Minister for Culture Sassui Palijo to preside over the seminar. The Provincial Culture Department further announced that six books on Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar have been got published which include Hazrat Shahanshah Lal Shahbaz Qalandar by Syed Dinnal Shah Darbalvi, Qalandar Namo by Hakeem Fateh Mohammad Sehwani, Tazkira-e-Shahbaz by Dr. Memon Majeed Sindhi, Al-Shahbaz by Dr. Jaleel Sehwani, Qalandar Lal Sehwani by Dr. Nawaz Ali Shook and 6th Sindhri-jo-Shahbaz Qalandar compiled by Azad Anwar Kandhro, to spread the massage of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar (RA).
