Islamabad: May 25, 2012. (PCP) A writ Petition has filed in Islamabd high court regarding the Issue of currency Note of rupees 1000 currency Note. This writ Petition has filed by prominent activist of Minorities J.Salik through his Lawyer Yasir Mahmood Ch. Advocate. In this writ petition it has pointed out that the national Flag of printed & designed on 1000 rupees note does not represent in any way the national Flag of Pakistan. That in 1000 rupees Notes the national flag does not contain white bar portion because the white bar in Pakistan flag represent the minorities. In this Petition at has also pointed out that this grave negligence by ministry of finance and state bank of Pakistan has caused on sense deprivation in the minorities and denial of minorities importance in the state. That the applicant requested the court to direct the respondent to include white bar and point the complete national flag with its original colour and high decorum must the observed.
