They said the Prime Minister had made a firm commitment that homeless tenants and slum dwellers would be allotted residential plots within 100 days of his announcement, but even after the passage of four years he had yet to honor his commitment. Addressing the protesters Convener World Minorities Alliance J Salik said Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani was not capable of honoring any promise. He asked the protesters to pray that God sends some other Messiah to solve their problems.
