Islamabad: May 2, 2012. (PCP) Convener World Minorities Alliance J Salik has thanked National Press Club (NPC) Islamabad for awarding him with its honorary life membership.
In a press statement issued here Tuesday J Salik said in Pakistan’s history he was the first Christian leader who had been awarded life membership by an elected body of journalists.

He said NPC life membership award is a matter of great pride not only for him but also for minorities in general and Christians in particular.
He said by awarding him with life membership award the NPC had written its history in golden words.
