LARKANA/KAMBER-Shahdadkot: April 11, 2012. (Nazir Siyal) A complete province-wide wheel-jam and shutter down was strike was observed by Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) supported by others here on Wednesday against the suspicious death following conspiracy in the samples collection and test reports.
The Boards of Larkana, Sukkur, and Hyderabad postponed papers of annual examination on Wednesday, there was thin attendance in the private and government offices was witnessed due to wheeljam in the province.
On the occasion, several hundred JSQM workers arrested and people were injured in cracker blasts in Dokri teshil of Larkana district, while aerial firing in different locations, and buses were also set on fire in different parts of Sindh, a day before two rail boggie were also set on fire by unknown and other incidents which created fear among citizens across the Sindh province during the strike by JSQM.
In Larkana, Kamber-Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Sukkur, Jaccobabad, Noshehro Feroz, Ghotki, Kashmore, Dadu, Khairpur, Hyderabad observed wheeljaam and other parts the commuters faced difficulties due to the absence of public transport and markets, business shops, petrol pumps and CNG stations were remain closed due to complete strike call by JSQM on the death of Bashir Khan Qureshi.
On the occasion, Nationalist factions of Jeay Sindh including Sindh United Party (SUP), Jeay Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party and other political parties also supported the strike of JSQM. The protest demonstrations were also held in differert parts of Sindh against the rulling government and health department for creating conspiracies agains the murder of JSQM leader late Bashir Khan Qureshi.
On the occasion, a heavy police and Rangers were also deployed to ensure the security in cities during protests.
Sindhi nationalist leaders also condemned the attitude of Sindh government and health deaprtement in the final reports and chemical tests of samples of late Bashir Khan Qureshi.
They also claimed that the suspicious death of JSQM leader Bashir Khan Qureshi has created a conspiracy to stop the Nationalists from freedom struggle of the Sindhi people and it must be probed by high level judicial commission they demanded.
On the occasion, several dignitaries also condoled on untimely death which inflicted irreparable loss to the freedom struggle of the Sindhi people and expressed pain and grief on his martyrdom of Bashir Khan was peacefully and none violently striving for the noble cause of freedom and rights for his people and he left a great image of his struggle for the future generations of his land to achieve that destination he laid his life.
