LARKANA: March 9, 2012. (Nazir Siyal) Chairman Sindh United Party (SUP) Sayed Jalal Mehmood Shah has clearly conveyed his message to all residents of Sindh including ethnic groups that without any cost, creed and religion they are Sindhis, while their dream for separate province cannot be come true. Speaking to a huge public gathering here at Hoshu Park Larkana here on Friday, SUP chairman further said we invite all nationalists and other political leaders to unite at one plate form and struggle for the provincial autonomy and rights Sindh. He said the SUP and all nationalists should contest in forthcoming general election to defeat the anti-Sindh elements. The people are sick off due to the traitors they have compromised on the interest of Sindh. He criticized the rulers that they are failures to find the killers of Benazir Bhutto and Interior Minister Rehman Malik several times changed his statements about the murder of Benazir. He alleged Asif Ali Zardari is among the followers of Zia dictator, who voted in referendum during the MRD movement, while the nationalists and other political workers were facing hardships in Jail. Jalal Shah said the feudal mind set is dominant in Sindh politics and they have occupied on their basic rights, adding that do not vote, defeat them they have been befooling the people since the independent. He said the present government has sold all national assets, provincial autonomy and Sindh resources in the name of 18th amendment, further said due to the amendment national assets including electricity, gas, coal and other resources were transferred to the federal government. SUP leader said present government has completely failed to provide relief to the common men and increased inflation, price hike, poverty, unemployment, law and order situation and other national institutions Railway, PIA, WAPDA and others were destroyed. Jalal Mehmood criticized on the PPP government and alleged that the past floods were due to the inefficiency and negligence of the rulers and bureaucrats, termed it was a highly mismanagement and corruption behind the devastation. He expressed concern over the closure of 8000 schools as told by the Sindh Minister in media, which is an alarming situation, the education system destroyed and at the verge of destruction in Sindh. He lauded the role of judiciary on taking remarkable notices on major issues including corruption of agencies for disbursing amount to the politicians. He said Judiciary orders must be respected and implemented in letter and spirit for the good governance; he also demanded that the judges should be appointed from each and every corner of Sindh on merit he said. On the occasion, Central leaders among Zain Shah, Dodo Maheri, Shah Mohammed Shah, Roshan Bruriro and others also spoke.
