Parachinar Kurram Agency: February 19, 2012. (Naseer Hussain) On Friday, 17th February 2012, a suicide attacker attacked the “Kurram Bazaar” at day time on 02:00 PM. Parachinar whole city was full of crowd because of Friday Prayer (Namaz-e-Juma). According to the details Parachinar is the capital of Kurram Agency, and was under the crises and sectarian disturbance during the last five years. After four years in October 2011 peace agreement was passed, and Thall-Parachinar Road had been opened for traffic. But after four months on 16th February 2012 terrorists of Tehrik-e-Taliban Islami Pakistan (T-T-I-P) have kidnapped the Sadat Khan (Mali Khel) who belongs to Shia religion from Bagan Lower Kurram Agency yesterday. And today on Friday, 17th February 2012 a suicide attacker came to the “Kurram Bazaar” Parachinar from Lower Kurram Agency. Government Sources said that he had been in Suicide Jacket (Khudkush Jacket) and was about 22 years old, he came to “Kurram Bazaar” and attacked near to the stall of a poor mobile selling boy naming Habib Hussain: age 23 years S/O Imran Ali (Shia Muslim, Turi Bangash Tribe Kirman). In result of which not only the Habib Hussain but also his younger brother naming Jabir Hussain: age 12 years was also became martyr along with 27 persons of Turi Bangash Tribes of Shia Muslims of Kurram Agency while 36 were injured. Many of which are serious. And have been shifted to the Agency Head Quarter Hospital Parachinar Kurram Agency. The Ameer Commander of (T-T-I-P) Fazal Saeed Haqqani has accepted the responsibility of this suicide attack, and told that they had sent him for suicide attack to Parachinar to crush the Shia Muslims who are against the Talibans and (T-T-I-P). Not only that, but in near past Fazal Saeed was also the leader of all sabotage activities against the Shia Muslims in Lower Kurram Agency. Many times people of Fazal Saeed also attacked the official convoys and killed the passengers and kidnapped the many one of Turi Bangash Tribe. Local people were protesting against the blast in “Kurram Bazaar”, in meanwhile Armed Forces fired the people, in result of which 3 killed while 28 are seriously injured. The Government had ordered the three days curfew to control the situations and conditions.
