Islamabad: December 9, 2011. Convener World Minorities Alliance, former federal Minister and a Nominee for noble peace prize J Salik launched protest against aggression of NATO forces on Pakistani soil in front of old Press Club by hanging himself on a giant Dove surrounded by 10 ambulances to express danger to peace in region. The Dove a symbol of peace was erected on a stage in front of Press Club was coverd with banners surrounded with ambulances to show emergency situation. Mr. Salik was tied up on 9 feet high and 8 feet wide Dove. Mr. Mahboob Ullah Jan presented memorandum to Resident Coordinator of UNO Mr. Timo Pakkala, in Islamabad, condemning NATO attack and killing Pakistani soldiers. The memorandum expressed NATO attack an open aggression on solidarity and soverginity of Pakistan and invited attention of International community on sensitivity of grave threat to peace in South Asia and world. The Christian leader J Salik, urged in memorandum to raise issue of NATO aggression and to adopt measure to prevent such incident in future to prevail peace in region. Mr. J Salik asked government of America, Pakistan and other countries to take action on aggressive behavior of NATO and to express solidarity. This crowd surrounded with Ambulances troops (Symbol of Emergency) banners and slogan of love and peace and photos of martyred soldiers were playing on the truck and on Ambulances.
