LARKANA: November 4, 2011. (By Nazir Siyal) Consul General of Russian Federation Andrey-V-Demidov on Friday visited the ancestral graveyard of Bhutto family here at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto. Consul General of Russian Federation along with delegation offered Fateha at the Mazars of Late Begum Nusrat Bhutto, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhuttto, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto, Shaheed Shahnawaz Bhutto and Late Ameer Begum laid floral wreaths on the graves and observed observed silence for some time there. He discussed the serves and sacrifices of Bhutto family among former premiers of Pakistan Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and Late Begum Nusrat Bhutto gave great sacrifices of their lives for the strengthening of democratic system in the country. On the occasion, he said his visit was only to pay homage to great leaders at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto. During the visit DCO Larkana Abdul Aleem Lashari, SSP Larkana Mazhar Nawaz Shaikh, Ex presidents of Chamber of Commerce and Industry Muhammad Azam Shaikh and Basheer Ahmed Shaikh were present. On the occasion DCO Larkana Abdul Aleem Lashari briefed the Consul General regarding the historical background as well as administrative setup of Larkana district. Meanwhile Muhammad Azam Shaikh also briefed the Consul General regarding investment for establishing more small industries in this area. Meanwhile, Quran Khuwani was held at President Naudero House to pay tributes and Dua for late Begum Nusrat Bhutto, which was arranged by the Ladies Wing Larkana here on Friday. The Quran Khuwani was attended by Sindh Minister for Housing and Anti Narcotics, MPA Haji Muhammad Anwar Mahar, President Ladies Wing Larkana Apa Naseeba Channa, the women wing members included Basheera Mohil. Saira Katpar, Kalsoom Khatoon and other party leaders and workers were largely present on the occasion. On the occasion, PPP Leaders Abdul Fattah Bhutto, Ghulam Mustafa Laghari, Nisar Murad Bhutto were also present. After that dua was offered for the Isal-e-Sawab of Late Begum Nusrat Bhutto. On the occasion Sindh Minister for Housing and Anti Narcotics along with MPA Haji Muhammad Anwar Mahar received applications from the people who have come at Naudero House and passed spot orders the Minister assured the people that all the applications given by you will be recommended to the higher authorities of concerned departments for necessary action, so that your problems will be solved on priority basis. The Minister said that we believe in democracy and to serve the people without any discrimination, he added that Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto gave a great sacrifice of her life for the restoration of democracy and the rights of poor people, besides Late Begum Nusrat Bhutto struggle for the strengthen of the party and led MRD movement in difficult time. Agha Taimoor Khan Pathan also said that President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari was adopting a Policy of Political Reconciliation under the vision was given by Late Begum Nusrat Bhutto in this way the democratic system in the country will be strengthened and the problems of the people will be solved at grass root level. The Minister also said that thousands of sacked employees were reinstated in different departments which were removed from the service in Nawaz Shareefs last tenure. He also said that the Shareef Brothers signed the charter of democracy and they have disowned the agreement. The Minister also said that any kind of conspiracy against the present democratic system will not be succeeded at all cost and they will complete their tenure of 5 years to serve the people. He said that Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto saved the country and give the nation 1973 Constitution, the present government passed 18th amendment restore the 1973 constitution as well as passed NFC Award and now the government was determined to provide relief and food stuff to the people who affected in heavy rain/ flood affected areas in the province. Besides fertilizer and seed in the different affected areas will be provided to the abadgars free of cost for the Rabi Season.
