Sooba Bhatti was born on 25th November 1971 at Hyderabad Sindh. He belongs to a middle class family. His father was working as laborer in Civil Aviation Hyderabad and his Mother was also working in Municipal Hyderabad as a laborer. He has Two Bother and Three Sisters, and living in joint family system. He married and has two sons and one daughter. He completed his primary Education at Khatoon-e- Salah Urdu Primary School Latifabad Hyd, Then he went to Mirpurkhas for matriculation , After then he went to Dur –ul- Naim Seminary Lahore to become a Franciscan Priest ,He spend three years and during this three years he completed his F.A in Lahore Jinnah Memorial Collage ,during his studies his father was dead and he left his religious studies and went back to his homeland then he started social work and also did labour work to support his family and his further study , during this he completed his B.A from Ghazali Collage Latifabad Hyderabad and then he completed his M.A Sociology from Ghazali Collage Latifabad Hyderabad and Completed his LLB Final from Government Jinnah Law Collage Hyderabad Sindh . Practical work Sooba Bhatti is working in the field of community development since 1995. He started his carrier in 1995 with Catholic Diocese of Hyderabad as Sunday school Teacher and youth organizer and got challenging task to organize Children and youth in a vast area of the Hyderabad District comprised whole of Hyderabad District. He also started Mehran Youth Group at Latifabad to organized Christian Youth on one platform. He also got another assignment to work in Human Awareness, Human Rights and Community Development project with National Commission for Justice & Peace (NCJP) He also engaged with Social Harmony Council (SHC) Hyderabad as a Secretary and worked for Justice, Peace, Human Rights, Child Rights, Minority Rights and Community Awareness & Empowerment Program. He joined Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) Hyderabad. He also worked for the restoration of Joint Electorate in Sindh Districts. He worked for freedom of Bonded Laborers and released 25 Bonded Laborers families through court and negotiation between Hari and Landlords. He was recognized as a competent, hard worker and a good Social worker; he becomes the part of Future in Our Hands Pakistan Hyderabad as Programme Manager. He also worked as Resource Person in different NGO’s. He also has responsibility of Editor of SHADE Newsletter. He is also imparting his service as Trainer to PCDP, SHADE , Hayat-e- Nau Hyderabad and Future In Our Hands etc. He is also working as Social Advisor and resource person in Christian Communication Network Pakistan (CCNP). He worked in Floods 2010 with PCDP and SHADE organization and distribution Food and non Food Items and maintain surveys reports, Tokens and list of Floods affecttees 2010 and 2011 in District Dadu, Thatha, Jamshoro , Hyderabad, Badin, Mirpurkhas and Tharparkar. At Present He is Director in Society for Human Awareness, Development & Empowerment (SHADE) and working in Parkari Community Development Programme (PCDP) as a Project Manager in Advocacy & Awareness Project (AAP).
