No proper treatment for bomb blast victim Police Constable

LARKANA: August 10, 2011. (Nazir Siyal) A police cop fighting for life in hospital ward helpless, who was injured during the bomb blast on 10th Muharam Ashura last year in Khanpur of Shikarpur district, told his relatives. The relatives of injured Police Constable of Khanpur Police station district Shikarpur held protest for proper treatment and health was suffering from fatal diseases due to injuries during bomb blast. The relatives told media men that the department had announced Qaid-E-Azam Medal (Award) for his bold step to attempt foil the suicide blast in village Neepra on Ashura Muharam at Khanpur of Shikarpur district. Shafi Muhammad, a brother of injured constable Shabir Ahmed Malgani told that he was injured in bomb blast, where the suspect bomber entering in the mourning procession on 10th Muharam last year December 17, 2010, later blew himself near his brother sustained critical injuries on the occasion. While, government had announced to provide free medical facilities but the promise could not be materialized and now police cop is suffering from illness and his injuries at CMC Hospital Larkana. Federal Minister for Interior and Inspector General of Police Sindh also had announced Quad-e-Azam Award and Promotion respectively but after the passage of 9 month his brother was not given any award or treatment. He further said wounded constable Shabir Ahmed is still hospitalized at Chandka Medical Collage Hospital Larkana and yet on any Police Official has arrived to inquire his health. The relatives have appealed to the Chief Minister Sindh, Home Minster Sindh, DIG Larkana and DPO Shikarpur to help his brother and fulfill the promises, otherwise he will lost his life. Meanwhile, All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) Taluka Dokri observed protest demonstration against the Executive District Officer Education Larkana on transfers of employees and illegal appointments here on Thursday. On the occasion, APCA leaders including President Bashir Ahmed Morio, Noor Mustafa, Innayat Buledi, Sudheer Ahmed Jatoi and others were holding banners and play cards inscribed slogans against EDO Education and demanded the removal of EDO Education Sayed Rasool Bux Shah. They allegedly said that the EDO Education is victimizing the APCA leaders and employees by transferring and harassing. They also said that the EDO Education has appointed several employees illegally on bribe and other means. They appealed to high ups to take action against the EDO Education and cancel all transfer orders immediately and conduct inquiry of illegal appointments otherwise they will continue their boycott of their duties.
