LARKANA: May 16, 2011. (Nazir Siyal) Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah said that six years’ government of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was the historical in the world and made distribution of personal 3000 acre agricultural land amongst the poor farmers, in order to end the feudal system in country. This he said while addressing the seminar in connection with “Charismatic and unmatchable personality of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto” here at Shaheed Muhtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University auditorium Hall Larkana. Sayed Qaim Ali Shah said Z. A Bhutto was the great such leaders born after the centuries, he was not a saint or religious scholar but he had a quality of saint and spiritual leader, added that still thousands of people across the country are paying visits at his mausoleum at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto he said. Shah highlighted the Bhutto struggle and his services about the country men, said that Bhutto improved the conditions of economy of country and re-united the nation after the dismemberment of Pakistan on 1971. He took bold steps and got released 90 thousand war prisoners and recaptured five thousand kilometer lost area by dialogues with India on the occasion. Later, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, while speaking to a huge gathering on the occasion of “Bakhtawar Ladies Festival 2011” at Naudero here late Sunday, he said the political opponents will not be succeeded to destabilize the present democratic system. He said that every step would be taken for the empowerment of women including provision of government land will be allotted to the landless women farmers. The chief minister announced an amount of Rs 0.7 million and an amount of Rs. 50 thousand for school boys, who presented Tableaus and speeches. He said that after the target achievement, present government arranged separate ministry of women development department, so that more women should be benefited and to play their positive role in the various fields of society. He also said that this is the time of struggle to implement the manifesto of PPP and vision of Shaheed Motarma Benazir Bhutto. Sindh law Minister Muhammad Ayaz Soomro also spoke on the occasion and said that under the instruction of Madam faryal Talpur, Bakhtawar Ladies Festival 2011 was organized at Naudero in order to provide entertainments to the ladies of the area, besides they will be able to purchase the essential commodities from the stalls installed at the festival. He also informed the large gathering of ladies that the ladies clubs will be established at Naudero and Ratodero town, and amount of Rs. 2 Crores were approved by the Sindh government. He appreciated effort of DCO Larkana Abdul Aleem Lahsri, President Ladies Wing Apa Naseeba Chana, PPP leaders Nisar Murad Bhutto, Khair Muhammad Shaikh, AD Bhutto, Abdul Fatah Bhutto, Education department Larkano and lades workers of district Larkano in this regard. Later the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah along with provincial ministers Agha Siraj Khan Durani, Mohammad Ayaz Soomro, and PPP Leaders visited the house of PPP leader Imran Jatoi, and offered condolence with him on the sad demise of his brother Jam Muhammad Jatoi and pray Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in an eternal peace and give courage and fortitude to the grieved family to bear this irreparable loss. The Acting Governor of Sindh Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, speaking on the occasion, paid rich tributes to Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto he said Shaheed was an example of mankind, today in every child, adult and old man, remember the name of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. He said that the people of country still loving the name Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and every fair and free general election the people voted for peoples party with the result the great sacrifices given by the Sahheed Auliqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto of thir lives for the right of poor people and restoration of democracy in the country. The followers of Shaheed Zufiqar Ali Bhutto were punished in false cases in dictatorial rule. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro also said that the reference for the reopening of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case in the Supreme Court. On the occasion the Vice Chncellor of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Dr. Akber Hyder Soomro presented the university memento to Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Acting Governor Nisar Ahmed Khuhro , provincial Ministers Muhammad Ayaz Soomro, Agha Siraj Khan Durani, Abdul Gafoor Bhurgiri, DCO Larkana Abdul Aleem Lashari, and the students of CMC who participated in the seminar. The vice chancellor also welcomed the guests and participants in the seminar.
