Sialkot: May 16, 2011. ( PCP) Three Christian young boys named Nasir, Tara and Ashir Samuel, residents of Faisalabad were falsely charged under blasphemy laws and a case was submitted to the competent court of law in Faisalabad which is under proceedings for appearance of allegedly named Christian youth aged boys of the area. According to the information’s, in 2007, three Christian young boys named above from Faisalabad falsely alleged by one Sikandar Hayaat under blasphemy Laws and are under trail for want of their presence in court because they managed to escape from the area to save their lives. Police of the area and complainant time to time raided their homes to pick them up and keep in prison to face trial but only they harmed their family members and got nothing about arrest of above named Christian boys. Complainant doubted that Asher Samuel one of these boys is hiding himself in Sialkot and started searching himself and through their relatives in Sialkot and with some extended doubts he filed another case against him and police raided again different places to arrest Asher Samuel but always faced failures due to false case and misguiding by the complainant. To accomplish required law proceedings, police has filed challan of this false complaint against Asher Samuel to the court in Sialkot and after hearing and giving ample opportunities to the prosecution to arrest and produce the accused Asher Samuel for trial, court has finally announced judgment and declared Asher Samuel as an absconder with instruction to the prosecution to keep sharp eye and use all efforts untill the accused is arrested and after arrest of accused Asher Samuel, this case will re-open for trial and judgment under Pakistan Penal Code and Criminal Proceedings Code for minimum sentence of this offence is hang till death. PCP representative has contacted family of Asher Samuel who kept their mouth shut fearing their own life and respect with only few words "we have lost Asher, we know nothing about him. We have young sons and daughters and are trying to keep them safe as much as possible" and requested to pray for them and all Christians in Pakistan to get rid of such false cases of grave threats.
