Pakistan: January 12, 2011. (PCP) A Punjabi Muslim police officer, A Pushtoon influential Muslim and their Muslim criminal gang members were kidnapping on gunpoint teenage Christian boys, residents of Akhtar Colony Mahmoodabad from years and sexually abusing them. Under fear of this Muslim criminal gang the abused Christian teenage boys never dared to inform police or their parents because one of them was on acting police duty in Karachi Police.
Akhtar Colony, Mahmoodabad and Kashmir Colony have more than hundred thousand Christian population of laborers’ living along with Punjabi and Pushtoon Muslim migrants from decades. There have been hundreds of incidents of abduction and enforced conversion of Christian women to Islam who are forced to become mistresses of influential Muslims or kidnap of teenage Christian boys for “Bachha Bazi” Sodomy . The Mahmoodabad Police Station which is under Karachi South Police registers complains of poor Christians of Akhtar Colony, Kashmir Colony and Mahoodabad but later force them to withdraw cases or to enter in compromise with Muslim culprits.
Mohammad Amir Butt, a constable in Karachi police who was following one Christian boy Waqas aged 14 and pressing him for “Bachha Bazi” sodomy. On refusal of Waqas, Mohammad Amir Butt decided to kidnap him and on gunpoint and forced him to sit on his motorcycle and took him to undisclosed location on January 5, 2011.
The dead body of Waqas was found in drain canal in Kashmir Colony with bullet wounds, on July 9, 2011, and Mahmoodabad Police Station was informed.
The First Information Report FIR number 38/11, was registered on January 9, 2011, under section 302 PPC in Mahmoodabad Police Station on complain of Pervez Gill and dead body of Waqas was handed over to family.
Police arrested Mohamad Amir Butt police constable and Mohammad Adeel Khatak but other accused were not arrested till filing of this story.
Christian Lawyers Foundation CLF leader in Karachi Mr. Elvis Stevens is providing assistance to family of the victim and demanding arrest of other members of this group.
On January 11, 2011, hundreds of Christians gathered and protested for postmortem of the dead body of Waqas Masih to find cause of death for which Mahmoodabad police have been denying.
The Christian protestors were also demanding arrest of other accused who are members of this notorious gang.
This is the 7th murder of the innocent Christian youth while CLF Pakistan have said that CLF is committed to stand with the victims and persecuted Christians for the justice .
