LARKANA: December 20, 2010. (Nazir Siyal) Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for Information, Sharmila Farooqi has said on Sunday that we are in a war-like situation and facing regular criticism by the undemocratic forces, they are active in destabilizing the country and current situation of country is passing through a difficult time of hour. This she said while talking to the newsmen in press conference here at Circuit House Larkana.
Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for Information said no one destabilizes the present government and PPP government will complete its five years tenure and continue struggle for the development of masses and country stability she said.
She said the Bhutto martyred but the party is continue serving the masses and simultaneously Shaheed Benazir Bhutto sacrificed her life for the people of country towards the democracy and change of system in country and hoped that they will complete five years even the difficult situations and terrorist activities those martyred several party workers, leaders and journalists of country she said.
Replying to a question about the killing of 80 journalists in three years PPP government, she said there are certain terrorist activities and media trial against the President Asif Ali Zardari to weakening the democratic government, those are creating conspiracies against ruling government, added that the dictators got 8 to 11 years rule on country but the political and democratic government has not fulfilled their tenure, because there are conspiracies against the democratic governments.
Sharmila Farooqi said PPP Ladies wing and Youth wing will led their big rallies to commemorate the sacrifices of party leaders specially on 3rd death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto on December 27, 2010. On the occasion, they will make promise and firm belief to struggle for the development of country through the vision of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’s mission she said.
She said the present government has achieved tremendous objectives during three years among the restoration of 1973 constitution and President of Pakistan delegated his powers to the parliament within the stipulated time according to the promise. The present government has made 16 MoU with the China government and various development projects and successful marathon for International visits for the economic development of country, adding that the party’s reconciliation towards the achievement of the objectives of country and its development is continue with spirit.
She said for the alternate energy and Thar coal, 10 billion dollars by the federal government and Sindh government has been allocated to end the power crises in country, while IPPs and wind energy is in pipe line for the future country development she said.
Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for Information said the media should comeforward to play its role for the country development and institutional building, if the opposition wants new election, they should wait for another mid term election and the people will disqualify them she said.
Earlier, the Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for Information, Sharmila Farooqi visited Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto and laid floral wreaths on the Mazars of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, Shahnawaz Bhutto, Mir Murtaza Bhutto, Sheerin Ameer Begum and others.
On the occasion, Secretary Information Sindh, Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah, Director General Information Abul Aziz Uqaili, Director Information Tariq Hussain Khero, District Coordination Officer Larkana Abdul Aleem Lashari, Regional Director Information Gul Hassan Arbani, PPP leaders were on the occasion.
Later, Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for Information inaugurated the stall established by the Sindh Chambers of Agriculture Siraj Ahmed Rashdi, where different subsidized edibles among Guava are being sold on fifty percent discount rates here at Naudero.
She also distributed certificates amongst the women trainees of SBBYDP in Beauty Parlor training course at Resham Gali Larkana.
Several students of SBBYDP accorded warm welcome and showered rose petals on her arrival at VIP beauty parlor and training center.
On the occasion, Advisor to Chief Minister Sindh for Information Sharmila Farooqi also administered Oath from newly elected office bearers of Photographers and Cameramen Association here at Larkana Press Club
