PCP met 9 out of 48 candidates at Mubarkabad in district Police lines T.T Singh and 12 out of 50 candidates in district Police lines Sargodha who passed the medical, physical fitness and other tests, but complained that academic test included most of the questions from Islamic Studies which was not read by most of the successful candidates during their whole course of educational career from primary school to university level.

Sargodha based Christian rights group ‘Rays of Development Organization’ (ROD) has also approached to the Federal Minister for Minorities Affairs Shahbaz Bhatti and Christian parliamentarian Tahir Naveed Chaudhary with this issue and urged them to take full scale serious measures to enact the five percent (5%) job quota because they were the ones who devised and passed this resolution in the legislative houses. Mr. Ferhan Mazher, head of the ROD told PCP provincial minister for minorities Kamran Michael would also be reached to resolve this controversial matter.
On directives of ROD Chief, Ms Rosy Dewan ROD General Secretary met RPO Sargodha and brought the matter into his notice and asked him to resolve to matter. RPO assured her that Christian candidates would not be ignored at any stage during the recruitment.
