Lahore: December 5, 2010. (PCP) A Christian Father, Sarwat S.M Randhawa, from months is knocking every door to secure justice for his son Asher Randhawa and mailing applications for registration of FIR, against culprits. He narrates situation as “It is stated that I am a poor person. On November 29, 2010 at about 10:30 pm while I was at home, some unknown persons knocked my door. When I ask who is there? They order to open the door otherwise we will break it. I ask them to wait while I bring the keys. Meanwhile two unknown men armed with rifle jumped inside the house and broke the lock with a iron rod. After that Public Relation Officer of Daewoo Express Bus Service Lahore Mr. Salah ud din along with an Assistant Sub Inspector of Police Faqeer Hussain and four numbers of Policemen came inside and search all the rooms. During that period they abuse me and ASI Faqeer Hussain and other Policemen slapped at my face. Then they take me outside without telling me any reason. They ride me in the Police van and take to Gajumata Rohi nalah toward east, where they offload me and Salah Ud din and other civilians persons beat me badly. They forced me to sign a stamp paper but I refuse to sign. Listening this, Salah Ud din said to his companions who were armed with guns, to shoot and through him in the Rohi nalah (canal) but a Policeman interfere and take me to Nishter Colony Police Station where they locked me under a fake case under section 216 PPC and case number 1134/10. Sir, stated case is absolutely fake and baseless because the scenario prepared for this case about my son Asher Randhawa and Robin Paras is in the knowledge of ASI Faqeer Hussain. An application about kidnapping of Asher Randhawa and Robin Paras is pending in the Islam Pura Police Station Lahore since October 13, 2010. I have requested session court Lahore for direction of registration of case regarding kidnapping of my son but SHO Islam pura Police Station did not register the case ignoring three directions of session court Lahore. The reason of registration of case against me is that Daewoo Management (Salah Ud din etc) forced me to withdraw application of kidnapping of my son. Salah Ud din etc try to kill me with the help of Police, beat me severely and abused me. Furthermore when I came back to home after bail it came to my knowledge that during search operation Salah Ud din and his companions steal Rs.30, 000/- along with two gold set of 4-6 tola (48.6 grams) and if one policeman did not interfere Salah Ud din etc were near to kill me.
