Arrest of PPP Shaheed Bhutto activist is a political revenge by ruling PPP

LARKANA: September 17, 2010. (By Nazir Siyal) A poltical activist of PPP Shaheed Bhutto was arrested and mispalced the Larkana police and alleged over indiscriminate firing on police party and lodged FIR No. 163/2010 here at Civil Lines Police Station here on Thursday. PPP-Shaheed Bhutto Central Information Secretary Innayat Hussain claimed that the arrest of Mazar Committee Chairman and Chief Organizer of the Party Innayat Umrani along with his innocent nephew’s arrest is a political revenge in order to fail 14th death anniversary program of Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto on 20th September 2010. In an emergency Press Conference here at Al-Murtaza House Larkana, senior leader and Central Information Secretary 70 Clifton Innayat Hussain along with Seema Rafiq, Ghulam Rasool Umrani and others alleged that MNA Faryal Talpur and Sindh Law Minister Ayaz Soomro were involved in the arrest of PPP-Shaheed Bhutto leader Innayat Umrani. He was arrested from Bhando Qubo near Ratodero and displaced to the unknown area. They said the PPP rulers have politically victimized thier activist and implicate in fake and fabricated cases, adding that the present government is concealing their failure policies during flood situation and diverting the attention of masses from prevailing situation. They also announced countrywide protests will be carried out if their Party leader was not released within 24 hours. On the occasion, DPO Investigation Masroor Jatoi has denied any arrest of PPP-SB leader Innayat Umrani and said case has been registered against him but no where about the political activist. It is pertinent to be mentioned here that about few days back Chairperson of Pakistan People’s Party (SB) Ghinwa Bhutto survived in an attempt on her life here at Larkana, a black corolla and another white corolla followed and chased resorted firing both sides and clash between the ruling PPP wing SPSF and Shaheed Bhutto workers.
