Proposed law against hate preaching is conspiracy against Pakistani Christians

Karachi: July 25, 2010. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC, commenting on proposed draft legislation of a Catholic, Shahbaz Clement Bhatti, Federal Minister for Minorities Affairs, Government of Pakistan, against hate preaching, printing, publishing and distribution of hate material said that it is implementation of UNHRC Resolution “Defamation of Religion” prior to confirmation by UN and a conspiracy against 20 million Pakistani Christians. “After legislation of this law, every Church denomination, every Christian Evangelist, every Sermon in Churches or Conventions, every Pamphlet of Christians, every Magazine of Church Periodically and statement by any Christians will be punishable under this proposed hate preaching law if not approved by government which shall undermine religious freedom and expression of freedom of speech in Pakistan” said Nazir Bhatti PCC Chief questioned A Catholic, Shahbaz Bhatti, who is Federal Minority Minister and drafting this law that what are guarantees that Muslim Immams will not deliver any Sermon on Friday Prayers, calling Christians to be infidels and thousands of books by Muslims Cleric and Authors in market against Christianity? In every mosque in Pakistan, Imams deliver hate sermons and prove it just to kill infidel Christians in Friday Prayers. Imams teach Jihad against every one who not submits to Islam very openly on loud speakers and use worship place to attack on Christians and destroy their homes. “Shahbaz Bhatti is tool of Muslims and Islamic forces in Pakistan and brining this hate preaching law on intimation of fundamental Muslims to crush religious freedom in Pakistan” added Nazir Bhatti Shahbaz Bhatti committed on many occasions to bring draft resolution against blasphemy law but suddenly he takes twist and proposing legislation which will crush other religious minorities in Pakistan and they will face blasphemy charges on every step of life. Nazir Bhatti warned Federal Minister for Minorities Affairs, who is proudly titled A Catholic Shahbaz Bhatti, by Catholic International media that stay as a Christian in difficult time with Pakistani Christian nation instead of joining hands with Islamic forces to avoid his name written among traitors of Christians in Pakistan. The Christians are being killed in broad day light on pretext to blasphemy, Christian girls are being gang raped and enforcedly converted to Islam, Churches are being desecrated, Pastors are being gunned down, homes are being destroyed and moreover Christians women and Children are being burnt alive by Muslim extremists in Pakistan. The hate preaching legislation will end voice of persecuted Christians in Pakistan and Churches will be governed by Ministry of Minorities and Ministry of Religious Affair by Muslims. Nazir Bhatti said “Shahbaz Bhatti, you have enjoyed life on Church funds and government gifts, now, come back in lines of persecuted Christians and refrain from proposing in draft legislation again millions of poor Christians in Pakistan” Nazir S Bhatti declared that Pakistan Christian Congress PCC will oppose this legislation of hate preaching and bring this issue in UNO and UNHRC.
