Holland July 14, 2010 (PCP) Parvez Iqbal, President PCC Holland Chapter has strongly condemned another shameful behavior of a Muslim Doctor Jabbar Memon in Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center Karachi. First Muslim Doctor committed anti human crime by forcibly raping a Christian Nurse and after involved himself in an heinous crime of killing her by throwing from the window of fourth floor. Nursing is an universally recognized as saintly profession but in Pakistan this is totally different. Nurses are not given due respect both by the co-workers and patients as well as in the Society. Nurses always devote their life to safe lives of her patients by wearing white dress but often their white dress and innocent characters damaged badly with irremovable stains for ever. Few of them remain silent to save honor and lives of their families and keep making their promises with their profession and serving and saving life of their patients. Miss. Ashraf is one of those honest, hardworking and dedicated nurses from Christian family in JPMC Karachi. She chooses Nursing profession to full fill dreams of her parents to have reputable life but despite keeping her mouth shut after her rape she raised her voice and as a result she was thrown to death from fourth floor, but the Muslim Doctor Jabbar Memon was not aware that savior is more powerful than the murderer. God Saved her life to bring true face of a Muslim doctor from Memon Family to the public. First we Demand the Federal and Sindh Provincial Ministries of Health to seaside licence of Muslim Doctor Abdul Jabbar. His Doctor Degree be cancelled and keeping in mid his satanic behavior and previous bad reputation in Abbasi Shaheed Hospital he be removed from the services without loss of further second. This action of Federal and Provincial Government will not only be considered as a first step of justice of Christian Nurse but also more black sheep in Doctor profession will refrain to repeat role played by Muslim Doctor Abdul Jabbar Memon. It was really surprising that SHO Police Station Saddar Karachi does not know under which section of Pakistan Penal Code a case is to be registered when a person is involved in attempt to murder and witnessed on spot by the eye witnesses as in this case is. Only a case under section 324 PPC does not full fill requirements to bring the accused to justice. Therefore Inspector General of Police Karachi is requested to please guide SHO Sadar Police Station Karachi to revise registration of case and include 307 PPC against Muslim Doctor Jabbar Memon. He may be arrested immediately, Investigation be completed within the prescribed limits time and challan be brought to the court of Law for trial and justice. Appealing to the Human Right NGOs and Christian Leaders Mr. Iqbal said please don’t stop efforts, keep raising voices and struggling until christian nurse gets full justice. In a Message to Victim and her family, Mr. Iqbal mentioned that Christian community are sad on this terrible incidents. Although this is very tuff time, but Pakistan Christian Congress and personally we all standing and are united with you as unity is our strength until we get justice in this incident.
