LARKANA/NAUDERO: June 21, 2010. (Nazir Siyal) President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari said on Monday that despite of so many challenges ahead, we have to construct and develop Pakistan by systematically and it is his first duty to serve Pakistan as stronghold.
Addressing the gathering on 57th birthday anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto here at President Camp House Naudero, Asif Zardari said that he wants to communicate and close relation in politically with the Nawazsharif and other leaders and reconciliation will be continued for better politics, he said he don’t want to put the leaders behind bars and don’t want to let them for a chance to become a leader.
He said success of the mission of Bhutto is a new democratic parties were emerging in new development of Pakistan, he will produce such kinds of workers they will serve a better and prosperous Pakistan he said.
President said country is in great danger and there are crises but they will face all the challenges through a mission of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto as he spiritually feel it.
Asif Ali Zardari said they will never defeat from death and Jail imprisonments, the pains and difficulties are the asset of PPP, added that the parliament is strong till they have five years public mandate no one can move and he is looking Pakistan’s future is bright as Benazir Bhutto vision he added.
He said now the dictator Musharaf now begging for Pakistan and now the dictator will not find a way but he will be impede by the democracy.
On the occasion, the President Asif Ali Zardari has directed timely and expeditious completion of all development projects initiated by the government under the Larkana Development Package.
He has expressed dissatisfaction over the development in Sindh and specially in Larkana and the role of Sindh Cabinet members was not satisfactory observed by the President Asif Ali Zardari, in this regard high level changes have been expected in Sindh government sources told.
In the meeting President has asked the Sindh Government to expedite the development work under Larkana Development Package that amounts to 20 billion rupees. The President gave the instructions while chairing a briefing at the President House Larkana regarding the progress on the development projects in Larkana.
Chief Secretary Sindh Fazalur Rehman gave a detailed briefing on various development projects including highways, forests, industrial state, Chandka Medical College Larkana, Quaid-e- Awam University of Science and Technology, extension in mausoleum of martyrs at Garhi Khuda Bukhsh, completion of educational blocks and laboratories at Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Medical university and the construction of a cricket stadium at Garhi Khuda Bukhsh.
It was told that the meeting and briefing about the projects was given by included among Faryal Talpur, MNA; Secretary to the President Malik Asif Hayat; Chief Secretary Sindh Fazalur Rehman; Chairman National Highway Authority, Advisor to Chief the Minister Jameel Ahmad Soomro and heads of concerned provincial departments.
The President also directed that a quarterly progress report on the development projects in Larkana be submitted to the President Secretariat.
