Islamic Political Party PML-N vandalizes Church and graveyard to grab land for agriculture in Punjab

Lahore: May 25, 2010. (PCP) Christian leaders from district Narowal appeared today on one channel of electronic media in Pakistan and revealed that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Group leaders desecrated our Church and destroyed Church building to grab one acre of land. Mr. Ahsan Iqbal who is secretary of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz group and member of National Assembly of Pakistan along with PML-N district Nazim of Narowal vandalized our graveyard to occupy land for agricultural purposes. The Church and graveyard which were founded in 1861, were destructed and now Muslims of PML-N are growing corps on Christian land. There were 60 homes of Christians in Narowal which were also destroyed by leaders and workers of Pakistan Muslim League Group and a school was constructed in two days. The Christian leaders were awarded stay order by local court to construct government school on land of their homes but construction was not stopped. Narowal district is part of Punjab province where Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Group is ruling and violence against Christian is at peak in year 2009-2010. The Christian town Gojra was attacked where Christian were burnt alive by Islamic fundamentalists while hundreds of Christian homes were destroyed in village Korian and Bahminwala in PML-N government in Punjab.
