LARKANA: May 17, 2010. (Nazir Siyal report for PCP) Al-Mashriqi Foundation in collaboration with Khaksar Tehreek arranged one-day skill development training workshop for Social Change and Human Development in Society for youth here on Sunday. The workshop objective was to redress all the issues and society illnesses through different skillful, capacity development, technical trainings and capability building of the common men in every nook and corner of the country. In order to draw attention of politicians and civil society representatives for the guarantee of discipline and austere way of life can only through the trainings of nation as well implementation of political wisdom among poor and middle enlightened class representation in parliament they said. The speakers stressed on youth of society to play their role in every day life even in their business, social life, school and college activities to aware youth of country and character building at the institutions and various centers thy said. Speakers said that there is a dire need of character building and technical trainings of youth in the field of education and others, adding that skill and capacity building workshops are helpful in current environment in the education of youth. Khaksar Tehreek realizes responsibility to mobilize the communities and youth of nation for social change and development role in country. Participants of the workshop said the Khaksar movement successfully planning to prepare Muslims in the most ordered way by inculcating them in religious zeal and martial/character discipline, which is the basic fundamental objective to face the modern world challenges they said. They said there are numerous challenges of inflation, soaring commodity prices, law and order situation, terrorism, unemployment and various issues of the society could only be resolved by the trainings in each and every village and cities, towns and Muhalla, area around the country for revolutionary change in the society and this the way we can struggle and serve our nation they termed. The workshop Trainers and fascilitators including Aneela Soomro, Manzoor Ali, Shahzad Mangi, M. B Abro, Aamir Jalbani, Abid Ali Abbasi, Perwez Ali, and others discussed and ascertain various training tools including SMART Goals, SWOT Strategy, Report Writing, Educational Motivation and other disciplinary training techniques to the participants for achievement of the objectives.
