Sindh government to provide 50,000 jobs. CM

LARKANA: May 14, 2010. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) The Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that present government was striving hard to provide 50,000 job opportunities to the educated youth on merit basis and 60,000 youth were also getting trainings in different trades and being provided Rs. 4000 and 6000 per month as stipend according to their education. This he said while addressing the Workers Convention of District Kashmore and Jacobabad district here at Circuit House Jacobabad. He said that under the Benazir Income Support Program, Sindh government has given an amount Rs. 1000 to poor women per month, after every 6 months collectively total amount of Rs. 6000. He said the problems of party workers will be solved at Union Council level on priority basis. He said the Law and order will be maintained at any cost in the province. He further said that under the guidelines of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. He said the lady farmers has been allotted 25 Acare land, in this regard last year 40,000 Acares was distributed lady farmers and this year more 50,000 Acares will also be distributed under the schedule. The sweet drinking water and water supply drainage, roads and gas facilities will be also provided to the people of province without any discrimination. The Chief Minister on the occasion said that under the directions of Prime Minister of Pakistan, 10,000 houses will be constructed in province in each district and 500 houses will be constructed in each district and provided to shelter less poors on free of cost. The Chief Minister also said the mission of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto will be completed at any cost, and free treatment will be provided to poor patients about the Hepatitis “B” and “C”, T.B disease and Thalaseamia patients in every district. Sayed Qaim Ali Shah said that present government was succeded in passing the 18th amendment in constitution and the N.F.C award unanimously, while more than 40 billions rupees would also be received to province under the N.F.C award share, that amount will be spent on welfare of poor masses of Sindh. On the occasion, Sindh minister Agha Siraj Ahmed Durani, Mahtab Dahar, M.P.A Meer Hassan Khan Khoso, PPP leaders Mir Babal Khan Jakhrani, Sardar Muqeem Khan Khoso, Dr.Sohrab Sarki, Muhammad Panah Odho, Mukhtiar Suhriyani, Altaf Khoso, Ashiq Meerani, Barkat Lanjwani, President ladies wing Shabana Malik also spoke on occasion. Large number of leaders and workers of Kashmore and Jacobabad district were present, while on the occasion Chief Minister also announced an amount of rupees 4 Lac for the press club Jacobabad. Earlier, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah inaugurated the district government Blood Bank and Thalaseamia center at Civil hospital Jacobabad, where he inquired health from the Thalaseamia patients, who were admitted in the ward. The Chief Minister was briefed there by M.S Civil Hospital Jacobabad that 20-25 Thalaseamia patients were receiving daily and free treatment. Chief Minister also planted a Saplling of neem at the civil hospital Jacobabad.
