Restoration of 1973 constitution is achievement of PPP government: Nisar Khuhro

LARKANA: April 19, 2010. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) The Acting Governor/Speaker Sindh Assembly Nisar Ahmed Khuhro has said that Shaheed Zulifqar Ali Bhutto has given 1973 constitution to the nation but the dictators amended this document for their vested interests and objectives in their regime and now the President of Pakistan has signed documents restored 1973 constitution. This he said while addressing a big public meeting was arranged by PPP leader Niaz Hussain Laghari here at Municipal Stadium Larkana. Nisar Khuhro congratulated President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and PPP leaders as well as the constitutional committee which unanimously succeeded to pass 18th Amendment and actual constitution of the country restored and it will prove to strengthen the Democracy in the country. He also said the PPP has fulfilled the promise of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, she voiced in her last speech here at Muncipal Stadudium where we all are once gathered to pay homage our great martyers. He also said that present PPP government was struggling to implement the mission of Shaheed Mohterma Benazir Bhutto for providing rights to the poor masses, besides providing job opportunities to the educated youth, while in other countries the jobs curtail ratio is high and employees were removed from different organizations. He also said that the present government has reinstate thousands of government employees who were removed from the service during the tenure of previous governments. He said under Shaheed Benazir Youth Development program 70 thousand educated youth are being provided training in different trades so that they will be able to get job opportunities in their proper fields. He said the crises of electricity was the production of previous government, they were failed, not taken initiative the positive steps to overcome the power crises (electricity). He also said that the PPP is the largest party of the country the leadership and the workers gave great scarifies of their lives for the restoration of democracy and provide rights to the common man and we are the sincere workers of Shaheed Benazir Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and will work for the strengthening the democracy in the country. On the occasion Dr. Ayoub Shaikh appreciated the efforts of the PPP government for passing unanimously 18th amendment of the constitution from Nation Assembly and Senate. It is a time that we shall be united and strength the party more and more in national interest and paid rich tributes to the Shaheed leaders of the party. Ghulam Mustafa Laghari media coordinator President House Naudero while addressing the jalsa paid rich tributes to the president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari members of constitution committee for their struggle to pass the 18th amendment in the constitution in this way with positives results will become for the welfare of people of the country, by this amendment the democracy will be strengthened day by day and the role of the parliament will be written in the golden words in the history of the country. On the occasion Niaz Hussain Laghari also highlighted the constitutional history of the country and paid rich tributes to the Shaheed Zulifqar Ali Bhutto for his great achievement to provide 1973 constitution to the nation, he welcomed the guests and the participants and provided Sindhi Ajrak and Caps to the guests. On the occasion PPP leaders Khair Muhammad Shaikh, Noor-u-Din Abro, Khalid Iqbal Memon, Aftab Bhutto, Sana-u-llah Unar and huge number of party workers were present.
