LARKANA: April 12, 2010. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Former Member Provincial Assembly and Vice Chairman Sindh National Front (SNF) Amir Bux Bhutto on Monday alleged that the 18th amendment in the parliament is a drama during the presence of Asif Ali Zardari and claimed that the parliament has delivered a dead child. This he said in a press conference, while showing fake and bogus doubled entries in the fresh electoral rolls of PS-37 (old Larkana III) constituency here at Dahesar House. On the occasion, SNF Central Leader Amir Bux Bhutto the son of Mumtaz Ali Bhutto, claimed that about 9000 entire were found fake and bogus doubled entries at 35 poling stations of Ratodero, Naudero and Banguldero. He further told that according to their exercise in Union Council Ratodero-1 17778 votes registered out of 2142 were found fake and bogus re-entries, while in UC Ratodero-2 2175 were found fake and bogus re-entries out of total 18365 registered entries. In City Ratodero 1026 found fake and bogus re-entries, while in UC Naudero 1746 were found fake and bogus re-entries out of total 17645 registered entries. Naudero City shows total 306 fake and bogus re-entries and Bundguldero city showing 1602 fake and bogus re-entries out of total registered 5246 votes. Mr. Bhutto challenged that PPP cannot defeat Sindh National Front in Ratodero PS-37 (old Larkana III) constituency before the correction of duplication entries he said. He said, after all the constitutional and legal obligation, he has sent letters to the Chief Election Commission of Pakistan for taking notice of double entries in fresh electoral rolls and further pursue the matter in this regard. Former MPA Amir Bux Bhutto claimed that more than 30-60 thousand bogus and doubled entries were made in the electoral rolls and there is no transparency in the jurisdictions and electoral rolls, adding that the UC Aqil circle of Larkana which is a far away from PS-37 jurisdiction was added in same constituency. In a query about the murder of Benazir Bhutto and probe into UNO report, he said that it was the pre-planned conspiracy and murder of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and the involve hands are the same, those who murdered Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, added that the killers should be surfaced and now waiting for the UNO reports he said. He further said it was clear conspiracy and ivolvement behind the four murders of Bhutto family because the perks and government offers were accepted by those elements committed this crime he said. He said there is no any visible development in Larkana, but all the Larkana and other tehsils, Ratodero, Naudero, and Bunguldero were ruined and the contracts were offered their favorites on heavy corruption and offers he claimed.
