LARKANA: April 2, 2010. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) All the arrangements have been finalized to observe 31st death anniversary of the founder PPP Shaheed Zulifqar Ali Bhutto on April 04, 2010 at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto.
On the occasion, the welcome camps at various chowkes and main raods leading to Naudero and Garhi Khuda Bux have bee established by the local party leaders and workers, while the national songs as well as supporting Bhutto songs echoed at all welcome camps in Larkana.
The caravans from the four corners have had been reached and all the places, hotels, rest houses, benglows were booked by the party and Larkana administration.
The banners and portraits were put on the roads side and main chowkes leading to the Garhi Khuda Bux, while the local Ministers and MPAs and MNAs have reached to pay tribute and attend the 31st death anniversary of Z. A Bhutto.
The Larkana administration has told that more than 10 thousand police and Rangers will be deployed at 10 kilometers distance at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto and Naudero surrounding areas, while the President House Naudero and security of all roads leading to Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto has been beefed up.
On the occasion, the helicopters will conduct Arial surveillance of Naduero and Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto to maintain law and order situation, while all routs leading to Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto will be monitored the activities by security personals. Besides, the bomb detectors close circuit cameras, metal detectors, scanning walk through gates will be setup at all entrance, in order to avoid any un towards situation.
The PPP media coordinator President House Naudero Ghulam Mustafa Lighari has informed that at Garhi Khuda Bux five main gates have been setup for the entry of four provinces’ people and hundred acre land being reserved for the parking of vehicles and all traffic arrangements have been made on the routes towards the Garhi Khuda Bux and Naudero.
He also told that 150 hand pumps, 80 toilets, general camps for guidance/complaints have been setup at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto to facilitate the visitors.
In front of the mausoleum of Bhutto family a large stage was made for the public gathering, having capacity around 0.3 million people and one thousand sitting capacity at the main stage.
He informed that the development work with the cost of 430 million were spent in Garhi Khuda Bux, while 95% work has been completed and remaining would be completed by June 10, 2010.
While, the PPP Larkana Media Coordinator Mashooq Jatoi also told that the historical events, reports and speeches of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto were continued telecast through local cable in Larkana to aware the citizens.
