(PCP) Agnes Massey, President of Pakistan Christian Congress Canadian Chapter in a letter to PCC Chief, Nazir S Bhatti have said “I read your Petition and appeal to Mr. Ban Ki Moon, Secretary General United Nations , New York, dated Feb 25,2009.You elaborated to award Refugee Status to Pakistani Christians on constitutional genocide and persecution by muslim in Islamic Republic of Pakistan” “You took a very bold and courageous step to bring true picture in light. According to the Holy scriptures, we are the light of the world and we should trust on GOD ALMIGHTY,CREATOR of the whole world and should not fear from the darkness. It is written ALL KNEES will bend down before our LORD JESUS CHRIST. I believe the days are very close but on the other hand we should not surrender before evil forces, working against humanity” added Agnes Massey PCC Canadian Chapter President further said that I don't see any change in Pakistan, the situation became worse and due to the blasphemy laws the sword of fear is hanging on the heads of Christians. It should be the first and foremost duty of the Federal Minister for Minorities' affairs to table a BILL in the National Assembly to repeal Sec 295 (b) & (c) PPC and PPP Gov't should give mandate of power because he is representing them. More over I would like to invite all political and social leaders to raise voice to stop brutality, savageness and unjust attitude against non Muslims in Pakistan.
