LARKANA: February 17, 2010. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Three armed men killed and injured another in the premises of High Court circuit bench Larkana on Wednesday.
According to details, three Tunio community armed men opened indiscriminate firing and killed Ghulam Murtaza Chandio on the spot and injured his brother Saadullah Chandio, the resident of Village Soomar Chandio., while injured man was rushed to CMC hospital emergency ward in a critical condition.
Police sources told that the cause of incident was on going old enmity between the Tunio and Chandio community men. Further the police investigation is underway.
While other, a car turned turtle resulted five of a family sustained severe injuries at Tatri near Moen-jo-Daro on Wednesday.
A speedy car over turned here at the Tatri of Dokri tehsil areas, resulting five among women and children were injured, they were shifted to the CMC emergency Hospital, the wounded were identified as Mst. Naziran, Muzafar S/o Muhammad Ebrahim Sario, Asghar Ali S/o Muhammad Ebrahim Sario and others who were shifted to CMC hospital larkana.
Meanwhile, Central President Pakistan WAPDA Hydroelectric Central Labor Union, Abdul Latif Nizamani has said that the poor policies of present government compelled the labourers to come out on roads in protest against privatization of WAPDA, as well due to the inflation, low wages to the employees.
He said the government is responsible for load shedding and electricity theft and other artificial crises, present rulers are not following the policies and manifesto of party he said.
Nizamani strongly condemned the terrorism activities and recent blasts in Dadu, Karachi, killing of the innocent peoples. On the occasion he demanded the exemplary punishment to the involved culprits. Central president has called for the provision of corporation allowance to WAPDA Employees of Larkana.
On the occasion, Director Labour Bashir Ahmed, Nisar Ahmed Shaikh, Khalid Chandio, Mukhtiar Shaikh and other were addressed.
