PCC demands immediate court proceedings and judgment in Shazia case

Holland: February 09, 2010 (PCP) Parvez Iqbal, President PCC Holland chapter has appreciated court's decision i.e refusal of police request for extension of police remand to accused Mohammad Naeem in Police custody for further investigations. On completion of 14 days investigation period court issued orders that accused Mohammad Naeem be kept in judicial custody in jail to wait court proceedings. This is not the end of this issue, we want fast and fair justice to bring accused Mohammad Neem to end. Our request to Home Department, Federal and Provincial Ministers of Law should use their legal powers to instruct Police Department to submit Challan of this case immediately to the Court of Law and The honorable Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Pakistan to please issue special instruction for hearing of this case on daily basis and judgment be brought open to public. PCC's dire demand and is in strong hopes, all lawful steps be taken and be fulfilled honestly to deal and decide this Murder Case of little Fairy Shazia, Daughter of the Nation to keep Laws on upper hands
