February 8, 2010 The Prime Minister of Pakistan Office of The Prime Minister Pakistan Subject: A Case for Justice for the alleged Raping and Killing of Shazai by Attorney at Law(Advocate) Supreme Court Chaudhary Mohammad Naeem Your Excellency Yusouf Reza Gilani, The entire world and the Christians in particular all over the world, are in great shock and deeply troubled with what is happening with the poor Christians in your country. To remind you and to bring to the knowledge to the entire peace loving world, it will be essential here to mention the Genocide of Shanti Nagar, Gojra and all other concocted, premeditated and prejudiced violence against the Christian Minority in you country in the past. Are you and your government not ashamed of all such criminal, inhumane, uncivilized behavior of your countrymen, especially the fanatics Moslems? My words may be harsh but it is the reality in Pakistan, that your majority Muslim population is severely intolerant. If I am not correct you may explain with valid reasons, why I am not! Mr. Prime Minister, I have seen you talking about atrocities against Muslims in Palestine, Kashmir, Bosnia and other parts of the world. Will you show a minimum of your responsibility denouncing all such heinous and criminal acts of Muslims against Christian Minority of Pakistan? Don’t you ever realize that such acts of religious intolerance and hatred tarnishing the image of your Islamic Republic? Was Islam founded only for such kind of violence all over the world? The alleged raping of a 12 year old minor Christian girl, Shazia Bashir and subsequently her killing is a horrendous act of crime against humanity. We all the Christians of the world ask you today, proving your worth in the capacity of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to bestow upon the parents of Shazia Bashir with a trial of her case against the Attorney Chaudhary Mohammad Naeem in a fast track court and a justice to be prevailed by a fair trial against following charges: a) Child Labor b) A case of Raping a minor girl and C) Killing of the girl, a case of murder, with the conviction not less than a capital punishment to attorney Chaudhary Mohammad Naeem. according to Sharia Laws of Islam so no individual in your country may repeat such an in human act against The Christian Minority. You need to answer to the world all the questions raised above and in case of your failure bestowing justice to Shazia Bashir you will need to pay account for your misdeeds in front of God on the day of justice. Are you not afraid of that? Lastly I warn you that Christians of Pakistan are not in need for any mercy, whereas it is their fundamental rights that justice must be imparted on them. Failure in performing your duties towards them, the Christians of Pakistan will demand One Third of the land from Pakistan, to live independently where they can build their own destiny and live in peace and harmony.
