Lahore; February 4, 2010. (PCP) Killer Mohammad Naeem Advocate was produced in Cantonment Court Lahore under tight security where Muslim lawyers were gathered in large number to support their former president of Lahore High Court Bar Association. The investigation officer Mohammad Asghar pleaded that police want extension in remand of accused which was not objected by district public prosecutor nor any objection was raised by attorney of Shazia, The interim bails of three co-accused in Shazia killing case were also extended on filing not any objection by advocate of poor victim Shazia. Today’s episode to twist justice to safe influential Muslim killer of poor teenage Christian housemaid spread wave of anger among Christian in Pakistan on an easy police remand and extension in interim bails of son, wife and sister of Mohammad Naeem. The sources close to Defense Police Station Lahore informed PCP that killer Mohammad Naeem is enjoying VIP treatment in police station where he is giving instructions to lawyers, medical teams and his friends in government on his cell phone. Shazia, a 12 years old Christian girl was killed on January 22, 2010, in home of Mohammad Naeem Advocate who employed her as housemaid in 2009. Mohammad Naeem Advocate led processions to reinstate Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan when he was President of Lahore High Court Bar Association during Pervaiz Musharraf regime when he sacked CJ Iftikhar Mohammad Choudry. Killer Mohammad Naeem Advocate have links with Pakistan Army and ruling Party of Punjab which were instrumental to reinstate Chief Justice and outset Musharraf government. “Life for All” a Lahore based civil society organization was outraged when attorney of Shazia not raised any objection on extension of interim bails on nominated co-accused in FIR and rumors spread that there was not any advocate present in court from victim side. The Chief of CLAAS, another civil society organization claiming to providing legal aid assistance to victim Shazia was not in Pakistan but touring West where he told media that non of Muslim advocate is ready to appear in favor of Shazia in any court. According to report published in Daily Nation it is revealed that medical experts and police investigators believe 13-year-old Shazia was not tortured to death, as she has been suffering from mysterious skin diseases and was also mentally ill to some extent. “Let me tell you frankly, the allegations of torture in Shazia case are totally baseless and concocted. The poor parents are playing into the hands of NGO mafia to seek financial help from the top government hierarchy. This is a planned game to mint money,” a top police officer told The Nation
