Karachi: January 29, 2010. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC said that Punjab government is using administrative machinery to safe killer lawyer Mohammad Naeem Choudry by comprising “Enquiry Committee in Shazia case” like Gojra violence where 7 Christians were burnt alive and hundred home destroyed. “The Punjab Chief Minister have already conspired obstruction in justice by his Medical Board which announced “No Rape” and misled facts of 12 years old Christian girls rape and murder by an influential Muslim advocate Naeem Choudry” said Nazir Bhatti It is on record that Punjab government announced an Enquiry Committee in Gojra incident against alleged officer on negligence to safe Christian life and property by attack of Muslim mob but same DCO is promoted and others have been given clean chit. “Such Enquiry Committees are always to delay justice and deny justice and Pakistani Christians oppose such tactics in case of rape-murder of Shazia who was working for living for her family” added Nazir S Bhatti Pakistan Christian Congress PCC was first to raise objections on Medical Board constituted by Mian Shahbaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab. Nazir S Bhatti said “ PCC is demanding Suo-Motto notice by Chief Justice of Supreme Court to ensure justice in Shazia rape-murder case and re-examination of autopsy of postmortem because accused is an influential Muslim having link in Pakistan Armed Forces and in Political groups in Punjab and Federal government ” PCC will join hands with CLAAS, SLMP and Human Liberation Commission of Pakistan to press upon government to let justice take its course to punish culprit Mohammad Naeem and others involved in torture and killing of teenage Shazia.
