The Influential Muslim accused of rape and killing of 12 years old Christian girl Shazia Bashir was saved by Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Shahbaz Shrif who constituted Medical Board to perform second postmortem of victim said Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC here today while talking to leaders of Pakistani Christian Association in America. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti said “It was confirmed by hospital doctors that Shazia was raped, tortured and killed when Bashir Masih received dead body of her daughter and insisted to lodge FIR with Defense Police Station Lahore, then what were reasons which forced Chief Minister of Punjab to announce Medical Board to conduct second postmortem” The Medical Board of Shahbaz Sharif issued preliminary report that “Shazia was not victim of rape” to safe culprit Mohammad Naeem because “If there is no rape proved then evidence of killing by Naeem comes under doubt” The poor victim Shazia was laid to rest today in local graveyard leaving behind message of distrust that Islamic Republic of Pakistan fails to ensure justice to minorities again. Dr. Bhatti urged SLMP and CLAAS to file petition in Lahore High Court to form a Medical Board to conduct postmortem of Shazia Bashir under supervision of High Court Justice. Nazir Bhatti clarified that Samuel Saroyia Advocate, President of Islamabad High Court Bar Association contacted family of Shazia Bashir on behalf of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC but SLMP and CLAAS insisted to handle the situation in lead. Now influential Muslim politician group have played with facts and SLMP, CLAAS and NCJP are silent and hesitant to go to higher courts to ensure facts in FIR. The SLMP, CLAAS and NCJP have satisfied to their funding agencies and it is what such NGO are doing in Pakistan. These organizations are preparing reports for their donors and issuing it to media for vested interests. Nazir Bhatti said “SLMP, CLAAS and NCJP are not representative bodies of Pakistani Christians and appealed their leaders to let true leaders face Islamic leaders and their political groups” Nazir S Bhatti appealed to Pakistani Christians to launch social boycott of Shahbaz Bhatti, Kamran Michael and other selected members in parliament by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Group and Pakistan Peoples Party PPP because they are not representatives of 20 million Pakistani Christians but tools of Muslim political groups. “These selected Christian members in assemblies are brokers of blood of Shazia and 7 Christians burnt alive in Gojra. It is shameful that blood price of Christians in fixed half in Pakistan comparing to Muslims and Christian tools are enjoying part of commission of our blood” said PCC Chief Nazir S Bhatti urged Christian youth to take control of situation with their able leadership and raise slogan untidily “Justice Not Compensation” PCC and PCA leaders offered prayers for Christian daughter Shazia and expressed hope that justice shall be ensured. Nazir S Bhatti, urged EU Human Right Commission to intervene in Shazia rape murder case and conduct postmortem or check autopsy reports of hospital by foreign doctors..
