LARKANA: November 19, 2009. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Sindh Minister for Minority Affairs Dr, Mohan Lal said that the organizing open Katchehries in Sindh districts was out come of the directives of President of Pakistan and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, in order to resolve the problems of people at their door steps. He expressed these notions while addressing an open Kachehry at Circuit House Larkano on Thursday. He said that the present PPP Government was striving hard to complete the mission of Shaheed Rani Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and the Larkana is a city of our Shaheed leaders Shaheed Zulifqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, so that the problems of people of Larkana will be addresssed on priority basis he said, further added the 75000 job opportunities were being provided to educated youth in different department on merit basis he said. The Minister also said that the people rejected politicians they were trying to destabilize the present elected government and they will not be succeeded at any cast, he said the problems of people for long 13 years will be resolved but require more time and the present government came into power with the great sacrifices of party leadership he said. On the occasion, number of people presented complains in the education, health, and TMA sectors, while Minister passed the spot order on the occasion. Sindh Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Muhammad Ayaz Soomro welcomed the Minister for Minority Affairs to hold an open Kachehry at Larkana, in order to solve the problems of the people at gross root level. Minister said that we are committed to provide relief and justice to the people at their door step without any discrimination and we are duty bound to implement the party manifesto in latter and spirit. He also criticized on political elements who were creating conspiracy against the present elected government, he added that they will not be succeeded at any cast and the present PPP government will continue its five years tenure, which is the mandate given by the people of country he said. The open Kachehry was largely attended by DCO Larkana Muhammad Jaffar Abbasi heads of different departments, party workers, prominent citizens and large number of people who came from far flung areas of Larkana to get solved their problems in the open Kachehry. Meanwhile, Sindh Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Muhammad Ayaz Soomro who is also the President District Bar Association Larkana hosted a lunch in the honor of office bearers and members of district bar Association of Larkana Kamber-Shahdakot at kamber, Shikarpur, Jacobabad and Kashmor @ Kandhkot districts here at local hotel Larkana. He said that he was proud to be an Advocate and all the colleague advocates always confidence upon him, he tried all problems of lawyer community may be resolved on priority basis. The Minister said that an amount of Rs. 7 crors were spent on the construction of circuit Bench High Court Larkana in the tenure of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and always PPP government supported the bar councils, in this regard an amount of 3 crors was also provided as grant in aid to the different bar councils in the province he said. He said that an amount of Rs. 20 Lac was provided to District bar Association as grant in aid and 52 acres of land acquired for Shaheed Benazir Bhutto lawyers colony Larkana. He said large number of advocates are present here and hoped that it is a sign of full confidence on penal and to succeed in the bar election, which is scheduled to be held on November 21, 2009. He said in short span of time 1000 advocates will be provided jobs in law department and he promised that the remaining bar councils in Larkana Divisions will also be provided grant in aid in due course of time he said. On the occasion the renowned Advocate Asif Ali Abdul Razzaque Soomro also spoke to the members of Bar Association and welcomed them to attend the lunch, which was hosted in their honor. He said that Bar Associations working under 1973 constitution, which was given by great leader Shaheed Zulifqar Ali Bhutto, he hoped that the members of the bar councils will confidence upon their penal and efforts for their candidates in success. On the occasion, familiar Advocates fraternity of Shikarpur Awan Rahmatullah Nadeem, Abdul Qadir Abro, Abdul Jabbar Lashari, Muneer Ahmad Khuhawar, Syed Sinkandar Ali Shah, Naseer Ahmad Lodhi, Senior Advocate Illahi Bux Kehar, Aijaz Laghri and others also spoke and promised of their full cooperation in the Bar Election on.
