The first and the foremost question arises who is the actual creator of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah or Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto or General Zia-ul-Haq?? At a Press Conference on July 14th, 1947, in New Delhi, the Quaid Said: "Minorities to which ever community they may belong, will be safeguarded in their relation of faith or belief, will be no interference of any kind with their freedom of worship. They will have their protection with regards to their religion faith, their life, their culture; they will be in all respects the citizen of Pakistan without any discrimination of cast or creed." The Quaid's understanding of the place of Minorities was clear and profound that they will be equal citizens of Pakistan with equal Rights, Privileges and Responsibilities. They will play there role in the affairs of the State and will be in no way treated as second rate Citizens. Quaid's Presidential address To the First constituent assembly He said: "You are free, you are free to go to Temples, Mosques or to any other places of Worship in this state of Pakistan... you may belong to any religion, cast or creed that has nothing to do with the Business of the state." Quaid’s effortless work, made a place, which is free from discrimination for the minorities but for a limited period of time. From 1973 till 2009 Minorities have been persecuted because of their faith and no freedom has existed for them since then; for worship and don’t even have the rights, privileges and responsibilities to work for their own state. In Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto's Pakistan: Pakistan is now Islami Jamhuria Pakistan (the name given by Zulifqar Ali Bhutto) which means the President and Prime Minister can only be a Muslim( Constitution 1973) inshort it is Proved that Quaid e Azams Pakistan is been buried in the Tomb of Mohtaram Ali Jinnah when 1973 constitution comes into play. Zulfiqar’s Pakistan clearly indicates discriminations towards the Minorities. General Zia ul Haq gave a gift in 1988 to the Minorities, to have a Curse of the Blasphemy Law. He made the Blasphemy law but he forgot the help aid and specifically the financial assistances from USA (U.S being a Christian state) and other Minorities at that time. These painful gifts of discrimination and the blasphemy laws have made the minorities to suffer a lot. Even in their everyday lives the discriminatory measures keep torturing them tremendously. The discriminatory harassment at educational institutes, job places and etc... are keeping them behind from growing in social, political and economic spheres. This treatment is not letting them to work at their fullest and they are unable to utilize their talents in the beast possible way. Every new day a new heart breaking step towards the minorities has been taken, hence hindering their rights and liberty. Three consecutive Brutal Attacks have been made in the Past three months in the year 2009 1st incident: June 31st 2009 in Kasur near village area of Lahore City. More then 1000 Muslims Mob Attacks a village of Kasur and they Stole their Goods and had beaten them severely and many were injured including males, females and children and they also burnt their houses and burnt their vehicles as well. 2nd Incident: July 31 2009, Gojra near to Faisalabad, its a Place where 50 % Majority is of Christians and 50 % of are Muslims. On July 31st 2009 more then 2,000 Muslims Mob came their and burnt more then 100 houses of Christians and Churches and stole their goods and 8 have been Murdered and they burnt father and a son of the same family to death. 3rd incident: September 9, 2009, Sambreal near Sialkot A Boy Danish Robert of 20 years of age was Accused of having an Affair with a Muslim Girl he was hanged to death in the Police custody and who later informed to the that Robert has committed Suicide (these are False Statements, of the police officers because the Post-mortem reports clearly showed the Bruises and Scares of the string around the Neck hence proving that it was not a suicide but he was hanged to death) .Riots followed the incident between the two communities and several casualties were reported. The main cause of all these incidents is " THE BLASPHEMY LAW' it states that who ever defile,etc,copy of Holy Quran and use Derogatory remarks etc in repect of Prohet Muhammad(PB.U.H) Shall be punished with Death. 295 A 295 B 295 C Pakistan Penal Code are the Blasphemy Laws. Once a person has been involved in these cases he cannot reside in his own Residence freely and cannot do Job in short he/she become a Refugee in his own Country. Thanks to MR. Jinnah for giving such a Beautiful land Pakistan but the Leaders made it a Land of Discrimination. As Quaid said these Words: "You are free: You are free to go to Temples, Mosques or to any other place of Worship in this state of Pakistan... you may belong to any relegion, cast or creed that has nothing to do with the Business of the state." But now the words are supposed to be quoted as: You are not free. You are not free to go to Temples, Mosques and Churches or to any other place of Worship in this state of Pakistan... you may belong to any religion, cast or creed you have to ask the state to do any Business. For sure, the Blasphemy Law is a curse; once you are involved in the case, you cannot escape it without witnessing the stings of death!! Who is the Creator of Paksitan Still in Doubt. In the Assemblies of Pakistan the Picture they have put and the picture on the Currency note is of Mr Jinnah but the Constitution is of Mr. Bhutto.
