LARKANA: October 27, 2009. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Two day Youth Festival 2009 in every district head quarters will be arranged on 31st Ocotober by the Sports and Youth Affairs Sindh in collaboration with the Arts Council Pakistan Larkana. During the Youth Festival National Songs, Folk Songs, painting competition, Theatre, Debate, Singing, Quiz Competition, Darama Competition among the 15 to 22 years age bracket of male and female contestants from all the educational institutions will particpate, while in next catagory of participants 23 to 29 years young male and female entries will take part in the competition. These activities and competitions will be held at various locations and venues including Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto Memorial Library, Abdul Latif Nizamani Labour Hall, Auditorium Hall of Government Pilot Higher Secondary School, Arts Council Pakistan Larkano and other places in district. In Larkana, the Focal persons have been decided for contact regarding the activities, according to the information for the Debate C Competition will be Mukhtiar Samo, for the Quiz Competition Shabir Ahmed Sethar, For Singing Competition Altaf Bhatti, for Drama Competition Akber Baloch, for Painting Competition Nazir Shaikh will coordinate in the Youth Festival 2009. Meanwhile, Daughter of late Dr. Farooq Ahmed Memon voiced against physical and mental torture and there is a plan of murder along with her uncle on property dispute by her mother and brothers, told a teen-age Faiza in a press conference here on Tuesday. According to details, A teenage Faiza along with Aunty and Uncle in Press Club demanded of President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister, Chief Minister for protection of her life and said that her mother along with brothers planing of murder of her and Uncle due to property. She told that I am mature appeal to the authorities to stop her mother as she continue threatened of dire consequencies to her and Uncle, while she was made physical and mental torture during the absence of her Uncle she said. She said the billions of property belongs to her father and uncle, which is still unresolved between her minor brothers and sisters also. She told that her mother after the death of father now wants marry or by the dints threatening me and other family members for property. She has appealed to authorities to stop her mother for violation of court decision regarding the property and issuing threats of murder of her and Uncle.
