LARKANA: October 4, 2009. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Federal Minister for Youth Affairs Shahid Hussain Bhutto has said that youth ministry has submitted the government to establish tehsil level activity centers to curb various delinquencies in the society and to control unemployment through skill development and education. He expressed these notions while speaking to ceremony of distribution of offer orders among the male and female Doctors and paramedics of Peoples program health initiatives (PPHI) here at local hotel. Shahid Bhutto said the role of PPHI in order to promote health development in the remote areas of Sindh is vital for the poor and helpless villages far and wide. He said we have to plan on modern techniques and occupy such an education to interact the world over. Federal Minister said unemployment is a big challenge for Pakistan and economically we cannot face the challenges without modern education and skill development, added that the youth of should come forward to play their role in every sector to get the opportunities of NIPs and other youth development trainings started by PPP government. He said the past government has nothing done for the youth and various problems of load shedding; inflation, lawlessness, unemployment and other issues were on the part he said. He said Benazir Bhutto dream was to empowerment of women in every sector and youth empowerment was also dream, which could be fulfilled in this government he said. He said there is wide gape between the youth due to past government policies and we have to shun all the differences to control all the unethical values and de values of the society. He said the ministry has more opportunity for the youth and about 30000 another NIPs opportunities will be produced for country youth. He said 25 thousand youth are registred under the NIPs program and they were getting Rs. 9000 every month along with skill development training in the different sectors. He said the PPHI program was first initiated by the Benazir Bhutto and several other programs are under way for the people of country to give Roti, Kapra and Makan to every citizen he said. Before this, Federal Minister distributed offer orders and cheques among the male and female Doctors and Paramedics. On the occasion, Regional Director Ghulam Abbas Detho, Naveed Siyal, Ashiq Ali Bosan, Rasool Bux Brohi, Ali Akber Bhutto and others were present.
