Dear Dr.Nazir Bhatti, Thank you very much leading our Christian Nation in Pakistan, facing with horrible Sharia Laws and risking your life every day by taking them up to UNO to save our Christian nation from this law which is worst than law of jungle. I admired your courage and efforts and sacrifices to save our christian community .I like to give you some information which I got from my church members in Canada about Nigeria and Indonesia, these both countries have Sharia law which is only applicable on Muslims not for Christians. There could be more other Muslim countries too,these are the only example of two countries for you to use in Pakistan against blasphemy laws on Christians to show to the Gov't of Pakistan and in the appropriate court to repeal that Blasphemy laws Sec 295 (b) & (c) PPC from Christians living in Pakistan. I am a Lawyer of High Court LHR Pakistan and it is my suggestion to submit petition in the supreme Court of Pakistan to repeal Blasphemy laws which have been misused for so many times in the past and could be used in future too if we don't repeal it now. 2] It is against Article 20 of Constitution of Pakistan (Freedom of religion) which could be raised through a writ petition. 3) Sharia Bill was passed through the then National assembly without 2/3 majority of members. Therefore it is illegal and unconstitutional. 4) You could appeal to the Gov't of Pakistan when you find out because cause of action starts from the date of knowledge. I know you have some lawyers working for you ,they will help you to submit a writ petition. 5) Recently just two days ago Precedent has been formed by repealing PCO (1) by the full Bench of Supreme Court of Pakistan, it is unconstitutional Agnes Tabassum Lawyer High Court Lahore Pakistan August 3, 2009.
