LARKANA: July 2, 2009. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) Acting Governor Sindh and Speaker Sindh Assembly Nisar Ahmad Khuhro visited the residence of Sardar Ahmad Khan Chandio at Kamber Town here on Wednesday and offered Fateha with him and his younger brother Burhan Khan Chandio on the death of their father Late Nawab Shabbir Ahmad Khan Chandio Ex: Zila Nazim Kamber-Shahdadkot. Acting Governor lauded the services of Late Nawab Shabbir Ahmad Khan Chandio in political field and he remained with party for a long time and elected as MNA from party ticket, he also remained as President PPP old Larkana District and was the man of Principle. While, Sindh Minister for Works and Services Manzoor Wasaan, MPAs included Imran Laghari, Mir Muhammad Babu Talpur, Sharjeel Memon, Taimoor Talpur, Abdul Sattar Bachani, Khalid Iqbal Memon and others were present on the occasion. The Acting Governor Sindh and Speaker Sindh Assembly also visited the residence of Mushtaque Ahmad Chandio at Professor Colony Larkana and offered Fateha on the sadmise of his brother Late Nawab Shabbir Ahmad Khan Chandio. Nisar Ahmad Khuhro also visited Khichi Imambargah in Muhalla Ali Gohar Abad and offered Fateha with Tanveer Hussain Khichi on the sad demise of his father Late Zawar Manzoor Hussain Khichi and on his brother Late Advocate Muneer Hussain Khichi. Speaking on the occasion with the media man the Acting Governor said that he has received complain regarding the performance of Emergency Ward CMC Hospital Larkana in this regard he will inquire into the matter if any one found guilty during the performance in their duties will not be tolerated. Nisar Ahmad Khuhro also said that there is no need of creation of any more provinces in Sindh, the matter is to provide provincial autonomy may be provided to the provinces in this regard there is a need of constitutional amendments so that the problems of people may be solved at their doorsteps he said. He also said that the Sindh Government has taken up the matter regarding Irrigation Water Agreement of 1991 may be implemented and due share of irrigation water may be provided to the all provinces in larger interest of the nation. He said that the present democratic government was trying its utmost to provide relief and justice to the people at grass root level on the occasion District Session Judge Larkana Bashir Ahmad Khoso large number of relatives of deceased persons as well as party leaders Ghulam Abbas Kehar, Aftab Bhutto, Zakir Abro, Kamran Odhano, and other were present. On the occasion the Sindh Minister for Works and Services Manzoor wasaan has said that the two type of development works were being carried out in the province one is NHA and PAK PWD under the control of federal government and other developments works were in hand and controlled by the provincial government, the Minister said that there is need of funds required for completing the development schemes and some schemes of in two year program which will be completed in due course of time. The Minister said that here after no extension will be given to the Retire officers in Works and Service Department as well as per decision of Sindh Cabinet the posting of officers on OPS basis will not be consider and no any approach in this regard will not be accepted. Earlier at kamber Zila Nazim Ghotki Sarda Ali Gohar Khan Mahar, Zila Nazim Sukkur Syed Nasir Hussain Shah offered Fateha with Sardar Khan Chandio and Burhan Khan Chandio on the sadmise of their Father Late Nawab Shabir Ahmad Khan Chandio on the occasion Muhammad Bux Mahar, Rahim Bux Bozdar and others were present.
