LARKANA: March25, 2009. (Nazir Siyal for PCP) Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari the son of President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto arrived Wednesday accompanied by Provincial Home Minister Dr. Zulfikar Mirza and Local Government Minister Agha Siraj Durani and his University colleagues reached Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto. He visited mother’s grave and laid a floral wreath and offered Fateha on the Mazars of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto later the grand father Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, Mir Murtaza Bhutto and Shahnawaz Bhutto. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari paid visits to the various parts of Larkana city and reviewed the on going development work and new roads of VIP, Station Road, Jinnah Bagh Chowk road, Bunder Road, drainage schemes and others. Bilawal also purchased oranges and other fruits and paid 1000 to cart pusher (seller) moreover he also purchased Sindhi Ajrak and paid 2000 to shopkeeper on the occasion. DCO Larkana Muhammad Jaffar Abbasi, Muhammad Anwar Bhutto and other PPP leaders briefed about the city and development work in Larkana and arrangements of 30th death anniversary of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on April 4. Before this, Chairman PPP Bilawal also visited the SZABIST Larkana along with his University/College friends and he expressed satisfaction over the education and development schemes in Larkana. The District Coordination officer Larkana Muhammad Jaffar Abbasi presided over a meeting regarding arrangements of 30th death anniversary of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto on 4th April 2009 at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto. The meeting reviewed and discussed in detail regarding the facilities which will be provided to take people who will come from all over the country on April 4th 2009, the meeting was informed that the parking for vehicles will be provided on the selected spot on the day. The drinking water, accommodation facilities will also be provided to the people. The reception camps for male and female will be installed at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto. During the meeting the representative of DPO Larkana informed the meeting that the strict security measurers will be adopted surrounding the Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto. The ladies force will also be deployed for providing security to ladies who will come at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto. The police force will be increase in order to control on traffic from Garhi Khuda Bux to Naudero. The food will also be provided to people on the occasion. The meeting was also informed that the seeting for 10 lacs peoples will be arranged at the main pindal where PPP leaders will address the public meeting and informed regarding the achievements of Shaheed ZA Bhutto and will rich tributes to Shaheed Quaid. The street light will be ensured at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto and its surrounding roads, the stand by generators will also be made available on the occasion, it was also informed the meeting that all the restaurants and rest houses of Larkana will also be booked for the people who come to attend 30th death anniversary of Shaheed ZA Bhutto. During the meeting the EDO works & services, EDO Health, MS CMC Hospital Larkana, EDO/DO Revenur, SE provincial Highways, XEN WAPDA (HESCO) Larkana and heads of various Nation building departments assured the meeting that all arrangements will be completed by March 30th 2009.
