A former leader of Indian National Congress (INC, the main opposition party and major component of I.N.D.I.A. Alliance)  Acharya Pramod Krishnam on Monday has alleged that the main leader of the INC, Rahul Gandji, in a meeting with his close aides, had once said he would form a superpower commission to overturn the Ram Mandir decision just like his father Rajiv Gandhi overturned the Shah Bano decision,"as reported at https://www.msn.com/en-in/money/topstories/acharya-pramod-krishnams-explosive-claim-rahul-gandhi-said-he-will-form-commission-to-overturn-ram-mandir-decision/ar-BB1lTQTB .

Reacting to this statement, BJP's Smriti Irani (who in the past defeated Rahul Gandhi in Loksabha election from Amethi constituency) said, "Today a horrifying truth of Rahul Gandhi has been presented before the country. The intention of Rahul Gandhi and the Gandhi family is that if they get even a little power, they will overturn the decision of Ram Mandir." 

How much this Ayodhya dispute about Ram Mandir v/s Babri Masjid has been an extremely communally-sensitive issue (which has huge potential of influencing the outcome of any election in communally charged India which was trifurcated in 1947 on the basis of religion, the two nation theory first propounded in 1923 by Savarkar in his book 'Hindutva' (including the on-going 2024 Lok Sabha election) is known to everybody who knows any thing about India and its political history where the BJP which won only 2 Lok Sabha seats in 1984 election  ultimately came to power / government at Delhi mainly on the said 'Hindutva' plank on the basis of Ram Mandir issue and related (post 1992 Babri-masjid demolition) killing, injuring and molesting of thousands of innocent Muslim in Gujrat 2002 during Chief Ministership of Narendra Modi the present Prime Minister of India. 

Presently it is merely BJP candidate Smriti Irani but the day, in an election public meeting, the PM Modi asks Rahul Gandhi and Congress party to clarify its position on the issue whether -["if it comes to power / government at Delhi then it would form a superpower commission to overturn the Ram Mandir decision just like Rajiv Gandhi overturned the Shah Bano decision]" - then it will create communal storm in India (which PM Modi is already trying to craete for electoral benefit based again on 'Hindutva' since 21 April when he termed (about 200 milliomn Indian Muslims as infiltrators and producers of more children) in an election speech at Banswars of Rajasthan as reported athttps://www.outlookindia.com/elections/prime-minister-narendra-modi-hate-speech-rajasthan-rally-banswara-tonk-congress-manifesto-minority-remark  

It does not require a genius of political science to understand that if Rahul / Congress says that it will do so then substantial part of Hindus the 80 % population of Hindu majority India will not vote for Congress and INDIA-alliance and if Rahul / Congress  says that it wouldn't do so then MUslims the major electoral support base of INDIA-alliance (about 15 % of population with 200 million Muslim population in INdia) will not vote for Congress and INDIA alliance. In other words Congress and INDIA alliance can’t face this Ayodhya bomb electorally if PM Modi thus makes it an election issue.

(1)- Congress will get filed petition in the SCI with prayer for restoration of status-quo-ante of Babri-masjid before any final judgment in Ayodhya title suit (which may go in favor of Hindus for Ram temple and which Congress party will support because it will be a judgment for Ram Temple in accordance with law). Here it is in context to add in this petition that if Babri masjid structure been at place and had not been demolished the SCI wouldn’t have demolished the masjid  (through court order) for constructing Ram temple 

(2)-  Congress will get filed petition in the SCI with prayer for declaration that the non-removal of idols (which gave legally objectionable possession (if not title) advantage to Huindus in title suit ) during 70 years from central dome of Babri masjid (in proceedings under section 145 Cr.P.C. ) idols, which were placed stealthily in the night in 1949 (since the time of former PM Nehru as mentioned in the November 2019 judgment of SCI about Ayodhya title suite) is a bad commentary on the law enforcement apparatus of India. 

It goes without saying that the Hindus will not mind the above stand of the Congress party rather will welcome it [because Hindus (including Buddists, Sikhs and Jains who are termed Hindus as per Article 25 of the Indian Constitution) know that India can’t progress or even survive and the followers of religions based on non-violence can't lead non-violent life if the laws made by Hindu majority India are destroyed and if there is no rule-of-law in India) hence Congress should also say that  it will support Ram mandir only if it is constructed as per law and without destroying the rule-of-law of  India.

It is hoped that the Jains in India (the most respected and prosperous community in India due to its firm allegiance to non-violence) who mostly supported the HIndus foolishly on Ram mandir and ‘demolition of Babri masjid’ issues [without realizing that Jainism is  a State {which is nothing but law national (including especially criminal)and international} based religion hence how Jains will lead non-violent life if there is no rule-of law in India and if Supreme Court of India has been rendered to a situation where it only claims to know the xyz of criminal law without understanding abcd of it] 

It is also hoped the Congress party and its top leader Rahul Gandhi will not be intimidated by majoritarianism and instead will defend secularism and rule-of law in India by taking a principled stand over the Ayodhya dispute which, since the late eighties, has destroyed secularism and rule-of-law in Indi
